1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order for our reclaimed dining tables, rustic coffee tables, wall shelves, storage benches, wooden desks, or any custom wood builds, you agree to the conditions set forth in this document. We aim for complete transparency regarding our craftsmanship and the unique nature of our materials. If you have any questions before committing to a purchase, we encourage you to reach out directly.

2. Reclaimed Materials and Natural Variations

Our workshop specializes in furniture upcycling and reclaimed wood. Because these materials have a history, no two pieces are exactly alike. When you order from ReclaimWorks, you acknowledge that:

• Variations in color, grain, and texture are natural and celebrated features, not defects.
• Old nail holes, minor splits, saw marks, and historical weathering may be present and are intentionally preserved to maintain the wood's authentic character.
• Wood breathes and responds to environmental changes. Slight seasonal movement or hairline checking is a normal behavior of solid timber.

3. Custom Builds and Project Timelines

Custom projects require significant planning, selection of specific timber, and dedicated workshop time.

Project timelines provided at the time of order are estimates based on our current workshop schedule. While we strive to complete every rustic coffee table, desk, and dining piece on time, the bespoke nature of the work means that minor delays can occasionally occur. We will keep you updated on the progress of your piece throughout the build.

4. Payments and Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your position in our build schedule and to allocate the necessary reclaimed timber for your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to dispatch. Because custom builds are tailored specifically to your dimensions and finish preferences, orders cannot be cancelled or significantly altered once the workshop process has begun.

5. Care and Maintenance

We finish our upcycled furniture with premium protective oils and waxes to ensure longevity. However, solid wood requires proper care. We recommend avoiding direct, prolonged exposure to extreme heat or standing liquids. ReclaimWorks provides a comprehensive care guide with every delivery to help you maintain the finish and structural integrity of your piece for generations.
